Shipping Policy
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-Order items are made to order, and ship out according to the date in each listing. If you select Expedited shipping, please note that this shipping method will not go into effect until the production of your item is complete.
ORDER PROCESSING
orders placed on duckiebrand.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays, weekends and Pre-sale.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We cannot make any updates to your order once tracking has been generated.
Once an order leaves our Studio, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery.
Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked and refunded.
